Rules of the Campaign “Youni Mathematical Contest”

1. Campaign Organizer. Duration and Venue

1.1. The organizer of this promotional campaign (the “Campaign”), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

1.2. STUDENT PATH S.R.L., based in Alea Trandafirilor, Bl. E, Sc. B, Et. 3, Ap. 16, Drăgășani, registered with the Trade Register under no. J38/883/2020, fiscal attribute RO43299136.

1.3. The campaign will be conducted in accordance with this Regulation (the “Regulation”) which is mandatory for all participants. The campaign is organized and carried out throughout Romania, and the prizes will be delivered only on the territory of Romania.

1.4. The campaign takes place on 09.11.2024.

1.5. The campaign is organized and conducted online exclusively within the platform created under the tutelage of Youni Choice at link https://prep-app.younichoice.com.

2. The participants

2.1. Any natural person residing or residing in Romania can participate in the Campaign, except the employees of the Organizer and the other third parties involved in the organization and conduct of the Campaign, as well as members of their families (spouses and first-degree relatives).

2.2. By registering for this Campaign, participants declare and acknowledge that they have become aware of the provisions of the Regulation and that they accept its terms and conditions.

2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any participation that violates this Regulation and not to award prizes to participants who violate its provisions. Any attempted fraud will be punished with the removal of the participant.

3. Prizes. Granting Procedure

3.1. Within the framework of the Campaign, 15 prizes will be awarded, according to the mechanism described below, consisting of:

• Exchange 3750 lei+ 3D Puzzle Cubic Fun - NASA Apollo Saturn V, 136 pieces 100 lei

5th Grade - Prizes

• Exchange 1200 lei - Lego Voucher

6th Grade - Prizes

1. Scholarship 4000 lei - 10 inch Android tablet 13 450 lei
2. Scholarship 2000 lei - Complete set of school textbooks 300 lei
3. Exchange 1200 lei + Elephant Voucher

7th Grade - Prizes

1. Exchange 4000 lei - Google Pixel 7 1680 lei
2. Scholarship 2000 lei - Set of 262 professional vaults GALAXIA 190 lei
3. Exchange 1200 lei + Elephant Voucher

8th Grade - Prizes

• Exchange 4000 lei - Lenovo IdeaPad 1 Laptop 1666 lei
• 2000 lei exchange - AKAI ATT-11BTN 400 stereo pick-up
• Exchange 1200 lei + Footlocker Voucher

3.2. Prizes will be awarded to people who complete the test and receive top 3 scores per class category.

3.3. A participant can win only one prize in this Campaign and can only enter once.

3.4. The organizer is absolved from any liability regarding the use of the prizes by the winners.

4. Registration in the Campaign. Selection and Validation of Winners

4.1. Enrollment in the Campaign consists of:

• Step 1: Enroll in the form found at https://bit.ly/concursyouni
• Step 2: Participation in the contest on November 9.

4.2. The determination of the winners is made according to the results obtained.

4.3. Winners will be notified within 2 hours of nomination.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take action in case of attempted fraud, abuse or other attempts that could affect the image of the Campaign.

5.2. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Organizer is final.

6. Confidentiality of Personal Data

The organizer processes the personal data of the participants in accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation. 2016/679).

7. Disputes and Disputes

7.1. Any objections will be received by email at office@younichoice.com.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Participation in this Campaign implies acceptance of this Regulation.

8.2. By communicating personal data, participants express their consent to their processing.
